Tuesday at the Comedy MIX is ProAm night, where amateur comedians of all skill levels perform alongside a professional headliner and a professional host and MC.

If you want to appear as an amateur at the Comedy MIX send a request to perform via email to proam@thecomedymix.com
Be sure to include:

– A brief description about yourself
– The evening you wish to perform
– A phone number which you can be reached on

We ask that all amateurs have a solid 6 minutes of original material prepared.

If you are selected to perform you will be notified by email and your name will be posted on our monthly calendar as well as the ProAm lineup page.

You are responsible to check the website for the lineup after sending your request. If you are added to the lineup and fail to attend, you may not be scheduled again.

Now that you’re all set to go, it’s time to get the word out! In addition to encouraging supportive friends and family members to attend your big night, you may want to consider creating a Facebook event and listing your performance on local listings websites.

The evening of your performance, be sure to sign-in at the Box Office prior to 8:00pm. At that time we will let you know how much time you have for your set and the order of appearance.
